Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
If you’re craving something rich and gooey, Hershey’s “Perfectly Chocolate” Chocolate Chip Cookies are exactly the kind of treat you need to try this week. They’re the kind of double-chocolate goodness that makes you wonder if you're eating chocolate cake or a cookie. And hey, don’t sleep on those little recipes printed on the back of packages. They may look like nothing at first glance, but they’re often hiding some of the most reliable, unexpectedly delicious gems you’ll ever bake. Let’s get to it...

INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup Hershey's milk chocolate chips *original recipe uses 2 cups - we prefer less
1 cup butter, at room temperature
3/4 brown sugar
3/4 white sugar
2 eggs, at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven 375.
In a large mixing bowl, add flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Combine well with a whisk.
In the stand mixer bowl, whip the butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla on medium speed until soft and creamy. A separate bowl with a hand mixer can be used as well.
Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until a soft sticky dough forms.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 8–10 minutes.
Let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack. Cookies will be soft while hot.
Cool for an additional 10 minutes and done!

Enjoy and happy holidays darlings!
